Our Client is a Real Estate investor which has investments spanning across Western Europe who are looking for an Asset Management Analyst for their portfolio in The Netherlands area. They invest a range of assets including retail, offices and retail. They have the full function in-house from sourcing assets to executing all the deals. They have a strong and established investment track record across Europe. They are now looking for an Analyst to fill a newly created position. 

The Role reporting to the Director would be responsible for, yet is not limited to:

  • Implementing the leasing and renewal strategies, negotiating terms with new tenants.
  • Periodically on the portfolio’s performance to the board and investors.
  • Managing and controlling asset management costs.
  • Drafting asset management recommendations for the board.
  • Gaining the board’s approval once value add opportunities have been recommended.
  • Running scenarios analysis.
  • Monitoring buildings and tenants works.
  • Assisting with the budgeting process.
  • Monitoring and explaining discrepancies between business plan and actuals.
  • Updating on letting and transactional local markets.

The Person will preferably be a fluent Dutch speaker who has at least 1 year’s experience of working with the real estate asset management field. Sound Excel and analysis skills along with core asset management skills are a must. The incumbent will be a dynamic, commercial and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for success are also key.
