Director of BTR / PRS – Real Estate-London

Our Client are a rapidly growing international real estate investment and development company. Over the last several years they have grown from strength to strength in the residential real estate space. Due yet further growth they are looking for an AD or Director level candidate to help kick start a new division.


The Role will be reporting to various senior level management including the Founder of the business and will require one to fulfil the following duties, but it will not be limited to the below;


  • Setting up a BTR / PRS platform including reviewing and sourcing sites.
  • Reviewing and setting up strategies for the new division.
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure adequate marketing of the division.
  • Reviewing market trends, conditions to increase the portfolio.
  • Increasing the company / department presence.
  • Negotiating deals with potential sellers.
  • Implementing policies, process systems, performance measuring tools required to run the division effectively.
  • Reviewing team structures and new hires.


The Person must have 8 – 12 years’ experience of working in either the residential ‘service led’ environment this will be in either the BTR / PRS space or in student accommodation. Sound market knowledge and experience will be required as person selected will the ‘subject expert’ for the company. Strong management and leadership skills are a must to be able to set up and run a brand-new function.  This is a highly commercial and specialist role which requires one to be alert and progressive. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals/objectives whilst reporting to top/senior management. The ideal person will have experience of working in an operations role where they have had to put into place processes, procedures and setting up a team.
