OUR CLIENT is a successful and established international, independent real estate investment and asset management firm based in the heart of London. They manage assets on behalf of an array of private and institutional investors. They have now instructed to recruit for an Executive Assistant to support and work closely with both the Head of Asset Management / Finance and their dedicated professional investment team.


THE ROLE of the successful candidate for the Executive Assistant role will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Booking meetings for the directors.
  • Marketing tasks, including proofreading brochures and signage for industrial estates.
  • Organising Asset Management filing system and setting up properties post acquisition.
  • Proof reading and helping to produce and edit reports.
  • Managing the Asset Management Team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Setting up conference calls.
  • Coordinating travel plans, itineraries and organising asset tours for clients.
  • Organising client events, including MIPIM in Cannes, France.
  • Managing inboxes and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
  • Handling ad hoc queries in the absence of Partners.
  • Responsible for editing letters and e-mails as well as copy and audio typing.
  • Reconciling expenses.
  • Updating information on internal systems and electronic filing.
  • Contacting tenants regarding tenant interviews, site visits, etc.
  • Assisting other EA (Acquisitions) as and when required.


THE PERSON To apply, you MUST have previous experience in an EA / PA role or a similar role and possess above average written, spoken and presentation skills. You MUST possess prior experience of report proof reading and production and collation and also have excellent organisational skills. You will also be familiar with using PowerPoint (be a competent user), Excel and it would be helpful if you had exposure to a Property Management system (e.g. QUBE/YARDI/TRAMPS etc.); training will be given though. The preferred candidate will also be bright, possess a ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ attitude to work and be able to take ownership of tasks in a fast driven, professional environment.
