OUR CLIENT has instructed us on a brand-new hire – They have a proven track record of delivery within the real estate sector, with a focus on lending opportunities all across Europe. They consistently manage investments in Real Estate Private Debt. As a result of continued growth and opportunities, they are currently seeking a high calibre Real Estate Debt Analyst to join their Real Estate finance team.



  • Building complex and dynamic transaction cash flow models to analyse asset performance scenarios and different capital structures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of full credit committee presentations.
  • Assisting with the researching, underwriting and due diligence involved with analysing Investment opportunities.
  • Structuring and executing transactions.
  • Analysing financial statements.
  • Contributing to the activity around the management of the portfolio, including monitoring and reporting on exposures.


THE PERSON – YOU – will be self-motivated, pro-active and have a passion for Real Estate Credit. You will have excellent academics and graduated from a top university, preferably in a numerical discipline. You will have up to two years' experience in the field. You will be analytical with excellent cash flow modelling and IT skills. Some familiarity with Loan documentation and financial statements is a bonus. Additional languages are also a bonus.
