OUR CLIENT is a well-established residential property management company based in London who specialise mainly in Block Management. They have been in the market for over 40 years and as they are expanding they are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their Property Management team.


THE ROLE of the successful candidate for the Office Coordinator role will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Acting out as a first point of contact for all queries, escalating as required.
  • Responding to all verbal and written queries from residents, escalating all issues as required.
  • Managing all electronic data and e-mails and ensuring all client files are updated.
  • Working with service and supply contractors, securing contract documentation and dealing with contractor enquiries.
  • Knowledge of LPE1’s and preparing pre-sale Info packs.
  • Mail merging and posting various letters.

THE PERSON To apply, the candidate MUST have previous Block Management experience or have worked in a similar role. Knowledge in property management systems (QUBE/TRAMPS/YARDI) is preferred but not a perquisite.
