OUR CLIENT is looking for an Operations Assistant to join their private markets operations team in a supporting role. Our Client is a global investment firm with a focus on responsible real estate investing to offer long-term wealth. As a result of increased workflow created by the outsourcing of their lease administration function they now require an additional Operations Assistant to join their small team.

THE ROLE: As the Operations Assistant your core duties and responsibilities will include the following:


  • Providing support to external Property Managers and Lawyers to ensure they are able to reach KPI’s.
  • Ensuring that the relevant data on computer systems is up to date and accurate.
  • Ensuring that the document execution process is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Providing support for the valuation upload processes of various funds.
  • Providing IPD with new purchase reports whenever necessary.
  • Carrying out thorough UAT for all system and process changes when necessary.
  • Supporting the audit process, including finding, checking, and issuing documentation requested.
  • Completing and sending od quarterly IRIS checking reports to MSCI, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
  • Completing client checklists for disposals, acquisitions, and new entities.
  • Cooperation with the wider real estate team to ensure all company sales and purchase requirements are met.
  • Ensuring that documents are executed in accordance with instructions and procedural guidelines.
  • Providing support with updating of the extranet access users list.
  • Updating the intranet as needed.


THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage and process large volumes or data and work within strict deadlines and prioritize an often-changing workload. You will have previous document experience and exposure to property and legal documents and related terminology -  You will be a strong verbal and written communicator, with top organisational and administrative skills and will have excellent IT skills and strong experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
