PA / Office Manager – Real Estate-London

OUR CLIENT is a large and expanding real estate investment company focusing in prime global locations and currently own a high value commercial portfolio of over £1billion. They are seeking a PA / Office Manager to join their team and ensure efficient management of their office and staff.

The ROLE will include but is not limited to the following areas:


  • Providing PA business support to senior management in both UK and overseas.
  • Responsible for extensive diary management to senior management in both UK and overseas.
  • Organising meetings and conference calls .
  • Arranging company travel, accommodation and events.
  • Creating itineraries for travel and conferences.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes.

Office Management

  • Updating relevant contracts, office leases and insurance policies.
  • Managing office supplies for the office – stationary and food/drink for meetings and water.
  • Managing IT for the office.
  • Reviewing of supplier invoices for Utilities and office expenses.
  • Providing finance support, such as maintain a record purchases, staff expenses, etc.


  • Providing HR support, such as inductions and terminations of contracts, holiday and sick leave.
  • Managing HR matters and ensuring everything is dealt with correctly including any disciplinary actions, one to one meetings etc.
  • Ensuring all HR matters are dealt with correctly and followed up.
  • Ensuring employee files are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring staff members have the right to work in the UK, visa issues are dealt with correctly, liaise with home office.
  • Providing full HR support to the employees – be point of contact for any queries or disputes.

The Person: To apply, you MUST have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role and have worked within the Real Estate sector. The candidate MUST possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, in both written and verbal form, and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
