Our Client are a well-established Property Management company with various properties nationwide, they are a commercially driven firm with an entrepreneurial flare and an eye on how to optimize profitability. They are currently recruiting within the Commercial Department and seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join the team.


The Role: 

  • Raising purchase orders for Property Managers for maintenance works and administering a PO tracker.
  • Arranging access for maintenance works with Tenants and Contractors.
  • Holding Quarterly meetings with the main suppliers to discuss performance.
  • Updating the comments sections on the system with relevant building access / site staff details.
  • Managing the signing in and out system and setting up and maintaining a key press.
  • Assisting with the tendering of any works required with the buildings. 
  • Sending copies of Lift insurance reports to lift consultants and external managing agents and advise of any works required therein.
  • Writing Letters to Tenants advising of any works taking place or non-compliance with their lease terms or as the Property Manager requires.
  • Assisting in the performance of all necessary functions to facilitate tenant “Move in” and “Move out” procedures.
  • Arranging the termination of any supplier contracts, when a property is sold.
  • Uploading compliance documents.
  • Occasionally when required, visiting the properties for inspections / performance management.
  • Responsible for Diary Management.



The Person: MUST have experience working in the Property Sector in an Administrative /  Assistant Property Management /  Facilities Assistant / Building Assistant level role, and a commercial background will be ADVANTAGEOUS. The incumbent will also have experience working on a Property Management System such as: Yardi, Meridian, Tramps, Qube, Horizon and will have an energetic personality, attention to detail and confidence to work with people at various levels. Follow us on Twitter and on LinkedIn or like us on Facebook
