Our Client is a respected property management company who manage properties nationwide. They work alongside a large number of residential management companies, house builders and developers. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their expanding team to manage their growing portfolio.

The Role: will include, but not be limited to, the following:  

  • Managing, maintaining and growing a portfolio of properties.
  • Ensuring that any Block Management services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements within the correct budget.
  • Conducting regular site visits
  • Attending AGM, EGM & RMC meetings.
  • Communicating frequently with clients and lessees.
  • Ensuring services charges and collected in a timely manner to ensure works can be completed within specific timeframes.
  • Coordinating and managing any maintenance issues.
  • Prioritising risk management through ensuring systems are updated in a timely manner and in accordance with changes in legislation.


The Person will have at least two to three years property management experience, as well as extensive knowledge and expertise within the private residential property management industry. The successful candidate will be confident in their abilities, and able to get the job done with minimal supervision.
