Our Client is an established and unique property management firm who offer a cradle to grave property management service to various landlords across the UK.  They are now looking to recruit an experienced Block Property Manager to join their prestigious Property Management department

The Role: Working closely with the Directors and managing a small team, you will be required to fulfil the following duties: 

  • Responsible for the day to day management of a high-end residential block property portfolio.
  • Arranging contractors and suppliers for major and minor works.
  • Preparing annual service charge budgets with the Client Accountants.
  • Chairing and attending AGMs.
  • Fulfilling all of the requirements of Section 20 Landlord and Tenant Act.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing a small team of property managers.
  • Offer a bespoke and personal service to landlords and tenants.

The Person: To apply, you MUST have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Residential Block Property Manager, and experience of managing a high-end Central London portfolio will be highly advantageous. You will ideally come from a small / mid-size property management company and have a proven track record of managing and motivating a team. You MUST possess solid communication skills as you will be required to handle various tenant and landlord queries on a daily basis. You MUST also have full technical and legal knowledge with regards to the management and maintenance of the properties. Qualifications such as AIRPM will be advantageous; however, it is not a pre-requisite.
