OUR CLIENT is a well-established and renowned Property Management company based in London, they offer a variety of services that adapt to their clients’ needs which include Block/Lettings Management, Sales and valuations. They have now appointed us to recruit a Residential Block Property Manager to join their prestigious team and will be responsible for their high-end portfolio.

THE ROLE of the successful candidate for the Residential Block Property Manager role will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of luxury leasehold blocks.
  • Conducting regular site visit inspections.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety regulations and assessments are adhered to.
  • Handling with insurance claims.
  • Preparing annual Service Charge budgets and quarterly financial reports.
  • Approving annual Service Charge and Company Accounts.
  • Holding resident and Director meetings.
  • Conducting Section 20 consultation and overseeing the tender process.
  • Handling with arrears collection prior to legal instruction.
  • Managing onsite porters and relevant employment related issues.
  • Maintaining an awareness of relevant company procedures.
  • Maintaining a pro-active approach to identifying and resolving client needs.
  • Keeping up to date with training and relevant legislation.


THE PERSON: To apply, you MUST have at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management and should be AIRPM qualified (or studying towards this). The successful candidate should have good communication skills both verbal and written as you will be liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
