They are looking for a Residential Property Administrator with experience to work within their leasehold management team.
The Role is highly customer service driven and will require the successful candidate to fulfil the following duties:
Administrating new sales enquiries, responding to solicitors and completing enquiry in a timely manner.
Creating LPE1 packs.
Booking meeting rooms (for staff meeting, and client meetings).
Taking responsibilities for the keys including keeping the book up to date, making sure keys are ready for contractors to collect, get copies cut). Also ensuring excel key register.
Ordering stationary and monitor stock ensuring sufficient supplies are maintained.
Handling all incoming post including dating, stamping, scanning and uploading relevant documents onto the internal system.
Answering incoming calls; taking messages or transferring the calls to the correct departments.
Ensuring all staff and visitors sign the register books.
Meeting and greeting guests / visitors.
Ensuring all post is franked and taken to the main reception area each evening.
The Person: To apply you MUST have at least 1+ years’ experience as a residential property administrator gained from working within the property management sector. They are looking for someone who will be able to get stuck in and hit the ground running, therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are a must. This is a very good opportunity for someone who wants to work with an established property firm.
