OUR CLIENT is an established and niche, private property company with a proven track record in the residential property market – as they continue to grow and evolve and focus on the student housing development and investment market the 2 key Directors are seeking to recruit a Secretary / Office Administrator (sole charge) to join them and help them to manage their inboxes and support them and the business in its next phase of growth. It is envisaged that the successful incumbent will work 14-16 hours in the office with the remainder from home / remotely and so would suit someone with the ability to work flexibly and with suitable arrangements in place to facilitate productive remote-working.


 THE ROLE will entail the following key aspects amongst others:



  • Providing secretarial support to senior management team in London.  
  • Responsible for extensive ‘inbox’ and diary management.
  • Organising meetings, conference calls etc.
  •  Arranging company travel, accommodation and events.
  • Day to day administrative support as required.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes on an ad hoc basis.
  • Meeting and greeting investors, clients etc.


Office Management:

  • Update relevant contracts, suppliers etc as necessary.
  • Managing office supplies for the office – stationery and food/drink for meetings etc.  
  • Managing external consultants on office IT etc.


THE PERSON – To apply you will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a professional, and ideally real estate office environment. You will require excellent organisational skills and prior experience of ‘inbox’ management – as this will be a large part of the role. You will possess the ability to work independently and autonomously and be pro-active in task management and responding to and prioritising emails.  Good knowledge of Office package including Word, Excel and Outlook emails and diary management are a pre-requisite along with strong oral and written communication skills.
