Our Client is a private property management company who have been steadily growing over the last several years. Their current portfolio is focused on high-end, prestigious properties in prime Central London locations and they are now looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team.

The Role: Reporting to the Directors and working as part of a stable team, you will be required to fulfil the following duties:

  • Managing a Central London High-end residential block property portfolio.
  • Co-ordinating the work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery.
  • Preparing annual service charge budgets and handling any queries from Service Charge Accounts, Tenant or the Clients.
  • Ensuring a standard level of property management is in accordance with the RICS code of practice.
  • Making regular site visits.
  • Undertaking risk assessments and reviewing the health and safety reports followed by suggesting or making any changes.
  • Ensuring you comply with the Section 20 legislation.
  • Arranging and attending quarterly client meetings, occasionally chairing.
  • Maintaining client relationships.
  • Reviewing the property insurances and ensuring the property has the relevant insurance according to each property.
  • Overseeing the Property Management team and assisting with any queries with regards to the portfolio.  

The Person: To apply, you MUST have 7-8 years pure block management experience, with Central London experience, ideally experience of managing mansion blocks. You must be a confident individual with good, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as you will be required to liaise with Clients and Tenants at all levels. It will be highly advantageous if you are currently working for another residential manager in London. Strong IT skills will be helpful including Knowledge of systems QUBE, Tramps, etc. IRPM qualification would also be highly advantageous.
