OUR CLIENT is an established and leading global investor / asset manager with substantial residential real estate. They have a proven track-record of identifying unique opportunities and building scalable enterprises based on expertise and long-term business partner relationships. The position is an additional headcount that has been continued by sustained growth.


THE ROLE: The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and/or work experience in the real estate sector, be bright and personable. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organise your own workload. Efficiency and accuracy are both very important in this role as you will often need to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of work product. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced real estate investor and be exposed to variety of UK and US assets.

As an Analyst, your duties will include (but will not be limited to) the following:

  • Assisting in the underwriting and due diligence of new investment opportunities.
  • Undertaking accurate and thorough research to support investment underwriting.
  • Assisting in building and maintaining investment models for current and prospective deals.
  • Supporting senior members of the team in preparing appraisals and reports for investment committees.
  • Undertaking analysis and assisting in reporting on the existing portfolio.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments within the company to source accurate information.
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks.


THE PERSON: To apply, you should hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. real estate, business, investment)- at least a 2.1, and be proficient in MS Excel. Desirable applicants will possess previous experience within real estate and have a genuine interest in the residential markets, and be keen to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as a detail-oriented attitude are also a pre-requisite. Additionally, you will be flexible, adaptable and keen with a solid work ethic and without an ego.
