OUR CLIENT is a boutique asset and property management company with a diverse range of clientele and genuine market expertise. The organisation provides all aspects of advice across various commercial property assets including offices, retail and industrial and are now looking to grow their team further. The requirement is for an experienced Client Accountant who can add value to the successful team.

THE ROLE:

• Preparing client reports for a new portfolio of commercial properties.

• Preparing year-end service charge accounts including reconciliations and demands.

• Setting up new properties onto the property management system.

• Raising rent demands and billing tenants and chasing arrears.

• Reconciling client bank accounts on a monthly basis.

• Assisting with quarterly VAT returns.

• Liaising with property managers to discuss accounts and any potential issues.

THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years Property experience as a Property Accountant.

• Sound knowledge of preparing service charge accounts.

• Property Management systems experience such as Tramps/QUBE/Yardi.
