Our Client is a reputable and highly successful major property investment and development company that own an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London and throughout England & Wales. They are now looking for a Property Service Charge & Management Accountant to join their accounts team at their offices in North London.
The Role will see the individual reporting directly to both the COO and Head of Finance, carrying out responsibilities such as:
The Person MUST be either a part-qualified or a nearly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and must possess solid commercial property experience (at least 3 years). The individual must also have strong Excel skills and should be competent in handling and understanding property VAT returns. Experience of change management will be an advantage. The person would also ideally have previous experience in using a property management system such as QUBE, Yardi or Horizon.
