OUR CLIENT is one of the country’s leading specialist providers of professionally managed new-build PRS accommodation. The company is currently focused on expansion and acquiring and developing across the UK, whilst simultaneously helping to meet market demand for high-quality and flexible housing opportunities. Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking to add an Acquisitions Analyst to their illustrious Acquisitions team.


THE ROLE will see the Acquisitions Analyst carrying out responsibilities such as:

  • Assisting in the underwriting and due diligence of specific investment opportunities.
  • Interpreting site details, development proformas and other details provided by vendors.
  • Preparing appraisals and reports for investment committees and peer review those of other analysts.
  • Ensuring all deal opportunities are effectively researched, reviewed, and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Undertaking accurate and thorough research into local market evidence in support of investment appraisals.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues from partner companies to source accurate information.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company as necessary.
  • Managing existing third-party relationships and identifying new contacts where appropriate.
  • Ensuring internal processes and procedures are always followed.
  • Carrying out ad hoc projects to aid the achievement of the Company’s objectives.


THE PERSON – To apply you should have previous solid experience of working within the real estate sector, ideally with prior experience within the residential sector being preferred (PRS, BTR). You should also hold a relevant degree and strong academic record (if no practical sector exposure then the degree should be real estate related) , as well as possess an excellent eye for detail and an ability to organise your own workload. Efficiency and accuracy are both very important in this role as you will often need to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining the high standards of work product.
