OUR CLIENT is an established and leading international £multi-billion AUM, real estate investment company who implement their investment strategy in prime locations across the globe.

THE ROLE – As a recently qualified MRICS / Surveyor you will join the central London Asset Management team (initially working from home and then on a hybrid model).  Reporting directly to the Asset Management Head, the role will be actively involved in both the strategic and day to day management of each asset within their London / UK portfolio, with responsibilities including: 

  • Assisting in the preparation of business plans, forecasts, leases, renewals, and approvals as requested by the Asset Manager.
  • Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets.
  • Analysing potential acquisition targets.
  • Liaising with client accountants and property managers to ensure all assets are operating efficiently.
  • Executing lease transactions where necessary alongside third party advisors.
  • Performing regular site inspections.
  • Collecting market data and conducting benchmark analysis.
  • Assisting in the valuation of properties as well as investment analysis and reporting.


THE PERSON  – To apply, you will ideally be a new or recently qualified surveyor - MRICS with some post qualification experience working within commercial (ideally offices) property management and asset management. You must also possess a strong academic background, with a real estate-related degree being ideal. If you possess excellent organisation and analytical skills, flourish when working within a team, have strong written and oral communication skills, and can excel when thrown into a high-pressure environment, then this could prove to be the right role for you.
