OUR CLIENT is one of the country’s leading specialist providers of professionally managed new-build rental housing. The company is currently focused on developing and operating rental homes across the UK, whilst simultaneously helping to meet market demand for high-quality and flexible family housing opportunities. As they continue to expand and build their IT infrastructure, they are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join them at their offices in Central London.

THE ROLE - The Business Analyst will support the IT function, carrying out responsibilities as detailed below:

  • Assisting with the implementation of business applications within the organization and providing general support to the Project Delivery Lead.
  • Helping to develop the technology roadmap for the organization.
  • Responding to stakeholder queries and producing documentation to support stakeholder discussions around strategy, scope, budget and timeline.
  • Providing insights and documentation on product, component and vendor selection as appropriate for specific projects.
  • Assisting with the maintenance, support and continued enhancement of all applications within the organization.
  • Carrying out data migrations, integrations, and controls to ensure data quality, security, retention and archiving.
  • Providing regular reporting on all projects and highlighting project risks.
  • Providing administration and configuration services to key business applications.
  • Providing general support and issue resolution to key business applications.
  • Providing training to users on key business applications.

THE PERSON – To apply you must have previous experience of working within either the real estate sector or application support, and it is essential that you possess a Degree in Computer Science or similar. You should also have previous experience with information technology migrations, as well as possessing proficient Excel and visual modelling skills.
