OUR CLIENT is a reputable and specialist residential real estate company, who invest in value-add opportunities in densely populated areas predominantly in Europe and the UK. The company have long-term aspirations of making a clear-cut impact on communities across the UK, and to coincide with these long-term plans, they are now looking to add a Data Analyst to their team based in London.

THE ROLE will see the individual working closely with the property system administration team and Business Analyst, carrying out responsibilities such as:

  • Performing quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
  • Preparing reports for internal use and parent company by collecting and consolidating data sets
  • Deeply analysing the property portfolio in order to ensure correctness of information
  • Building reports and dashboards to provide better understanding of current and future performance
  • Keeping the data for the business’s analytics platforms up to date
  • Assuring the quality of work conducted by Property Management teams.
  • Liaising with teams across the business to understand reporting requirements and works with system administration team to build efficient reporting methods.

THE PERSON – You should possess a solid academic record with a financial-related Master’s degree or equivalent experience. You should also have solid experience of working within data analysis or in a financial analysis-based role – ideally in real estate. If you match these criteria and are familiar with the responsibilities, and possess the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, as well as having good problem solving and communication skills, then this role would prove to be an exciting opportunity for you to apply for.
