OUR CLIENT is an established real estate investment and development company who specialise in the residential / mixed-used sector across London and the home counties. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an Investment Associate to help grow the portfolio.

THE ROLE will see the individual reporting directly to the Director/s and carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Sourcing and appraising potential development and investment opportunities.
• Conducting market research and running due diligence.
• Working with agents and networking to source opportunities.
• Assisting with production of financial models that are crucial for determining feasibility of potential projects.
• Assembling due diligence for financial closings and worked with senior leadership to stress test different.
• Being responsible for running financial appraisals.
• Working with the Directors through completion.

THE PERSON must have experience of sourcing / identifying investment or development opportunities (at least 2 years), ideally within the residential sector. Applicants who are currently working agency side and would like to make a step in-house / client side would be an ideal match for this role. The incumbent will have excellent networking and communication skills as they will be required to negotiate / speak to people at all levels. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to grow and working in an investment / acquisition role.
