OUR CLIENT have a proven track record of delivery within the commercial real estate sector across the United Kingdom. They consistently provide asset management and investment services on behalf of their investors. As a result of continued growth, they are currently seeking a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join their notable and tight-knit team in the Asset and Development Management Department.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• · Preparing "actual" cashflow models in Excel to monitor the performance of the project.
• · Managing project financials including all costs and invoices.
• · Reporting to the investors on the performance of each project.
• · Preparing sensitivity analysis of potential leasing or exit scenarios.
• · Reporting at post completion and delivery stages of a project.

THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to 1 year of experience as a real estate analyst.
• Strong Excel modelling skills.
• Preparing cashflows from scratch.
• An interest in learning about maximising the profitability of a development.
• Attention to detail.
