OUR CLIENT is an international infrastructure investor who have been operating for almost a quarter of a century across the globe. Due to recent growth of their UK and European function, they are looking for an Operations Administrator / Associate to join their London office to support the management of the investment companies and streamline and efficiently execute all governance related processes and activities for the assets.


THE ROLE/DUTIES:

  • Providing corporate secretarial support and coordinating with external legal and corporate service providers to prepare board materials (agenda, minutes resolutions, poa, etc.) for the board of directors and general meetings.
  • Coordinating signing and general file-keeping of corporate documents.
  • Managing Directors and UBO Registries and coordinating with the service providers in required Company registrations.
  • Logging invoices and managing payments for asset companies and fund entities.
  • Managing the bank account.
  • Facilitating distributions and Shareholder loan payments.
  • Facilitating client and custodian approval process.
  • Coordinating local accountant to ensure delivery of required financial reporting.
  • Overseeing the preparation and the filing of tax returns by third party advisors.
  • Coordinating AGMs for approval of annual accounts.
  • Setting up of Annual budget for Holdco ongoing costs and monitoring its liquidity.
  • Onboarding of new SPVs (coordination with Asset Management, legal and other service providers).
  • Reviewing and understanding of fund flows and support on execution of transactions.


THE PERSON: You will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience of being in a similar fund administration / support role; this can be from a 3rd party fund administration company. If you have experience of working within a company secretarial role, this will be considered too. It is essential you are a highly organised individual with strong communications skills as you will be required to speak to investors too. The incumbent will be career driven and motivated to work with a global investor in a fast paced environment.
