OUR CLIENT are well-known property investment and development company specialising in commercial, residential properties and in permitted development rights and maintains projects under development with a value of about hundreds million pounds. They have now instructed us to source Part Qualified Accountant to join their team.

THE ROLE: you will be expected to undertake below listed, but not limited duties:

• Producing the monthly management accounts.

• Preparing the P&L.

• Performing balance sheet reconciliations.

• Preparing forms and liaising with banks regarding setting up of bank accounts.

• Drafting loan agreements and novations.

• Working out repayment structures of loans.

• Preparing drawdown requests for senior and intercompany loans.

• Fulfilling KYC requests for new lenders and deals.

• Performing intercompany reconciliation and accounting adjustments.

• Conducting company secretarial document review and companies house filing.

• Handling journal posting including posting accruals and prepayments.

THE PERSON: to be considered for this role you be working towards an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA and have accounting / finance background with a solid understanding of bookkeeping with a background in Real Estate. You will a driven PQ Accountant who has good analytical skills and attention to detail. This is the right opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a hands-on role in a small company.
