Property Administrator – Real Estate -Central London

OUR CLIENT is a prestigious Central London property company which has been in existence for over 300 years and owns commercial and residential properties with a collective value of over £5 billion. The are now looking for an experience Property Administrator to support the property and finance administrator. 


THE ROLE will include, but not be limited to the following duties:-

  • Working on a mixed commercial and residential portfolio being responsible for inputting and updating lease information on to the property management systems.
  • Uploading new leases and tenancy agreements.
  • Handling terminations and ensuring the system is updated when a tenancy has been terminated or property disposed.
  • Raising and sending rent demands including insurance and service charges.
  • Working as part of a team to handle any credit control issues.
  • Assisting with setting up and processing of direct debits and standing orders.
  • Maintaining tenant ledgers and cash books.
  • Liaising with Solicitors on completions and obtaining or providing any irrelevant documents or information.
  • Maintaining and setting up new Deeds packets.


THE PERSON will have at least 3 years experience of working as a property administrator / assistant with a good understanding of property leases (ability to locate information on a lease). It is also very helpful you understand how to operate a rent ledger. It will be highly advantageous if you have experience of using a property management system such as MRI, TRAMPS, YARDI or similar. The incumbent will be a highly organised individual with sound communication skills as this role will be working across several departments.
