Our Client is the asset and property management arm of an international real estate business who are rapidly growing in the UK. They manage a range of assets from residential to commercial which are spread nationwide. As a result of continued recent growth and ambition they are looking for an experienced Property System Administrator to join their prestigious team in Central London.

The Role: will entail the following duties:

  • Ensuring systems are kept up to date.
  • Solving business problems effectively when they occur.
  • Being the first point of contact for user matters.
  • Participating in project work - completing setup and monitoring data quality and researching new processes and enhancements as necessary
  • Driving process improvements.
  • Providing system training and preparing all required documents.
  • Co-ordinating any updates, software changes or emergency issues with all users.
  • Liaising with managing agents and building as well as maintaining good working relationships with them.
  • Completing other database/data tasks as and when required.

The Person: To apply, you MUST have at least 2 years of experience working with Property systems (QUBE, Yardi, MRI etc) used in the Commercial and Residential property management sector. The right applicant should be able to prioritize the variety of tasks and make sure they are completed with the highest standards. You should be enthusiastic about each project undertaken and ensuring its completion to the end. You should also be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving ability, able to work with multiple teams in fast-paced environment.
