OUR CLIENT is a highly successful and expanding commercial and residential international asset managing company - The property management arm of their business has been rapidly growing across the UK in recent years, and accordingly they have expanded the property IT resources to accommodate a new role for a Property Systems Analyst to join their highly acclaimed team based in London.


THE ROLE - is predominately aimed at someone looking to grow their property systems knowledge and involvement and will carry out responsibilities such as:

  • Ensuring that user system issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and appropriately.
  • Providing solutions for business information needs – as required and in any kind of way.
  • Researching and presenting new functionalities or applications to the company, where necessary.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to properly assess priorities, adjust yourself and stick to the main points set.
  • Assisting on data entry/ gathering required information.
  • Knowledge transfer and support of the team.
  • Other database/data tasks at Company's discretion.


THE PERSON - should possess a background in utilising property management systems such as Yardi, QUBE or Tramps or similar and should understand finance and be a proficient user of Excel, - You must have previous experience of working on long-term projects and must be prepared to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment both individually and collaboratively.
