OUR CLIENT are a leading property business managing a range of properties across London and the South East. They are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their prestigious lettings accounts team.


THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collecting invoices from Property Managers (purchase invoices).
  • Inputting supplier invoices on the system ready for payment.
  • Reconciling month account statements from suppliers.
  • Preparing and analysing the Rent Guarantee Policy charges.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the client account email inbox.
  • Carrying out monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliations.


THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS:


Essential

  • 3 years + purchase ledger experience ideally gained from the property industry.
  • Good Excel skills (V-look ups).
  • Experience of dealing with high-volume invoice processing.


Desirable

  • Experience of using a property software.
