OUR CLIENT is an expanding and grounded, specialist real estate investor and developer who are backed by an equity rich institution. Now they are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator for a 6 month period who will provide high quality procurement coordination services to all stakeholders and ensuring compliance to Vendor Governance policies and procedures as well as supplier’s documentation at all times. This role is offered on a contract basis with a hybrid working model and will be based in London Office.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS: The Purchasing Coordinator/ Administrator role will involve the following:

  • Maintaining Vendor Governance systems, databases, spreadsheets, documents and files in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing Company’s supplier Pre-qualification including verification of bank details, questionnaire process and coordinated the process with H&S department, internal requester, and supplier.
  • Maintaining key documentation such as insurance, quality assurance and health and safety supplier documentation up to date.
  • Creating, maintaining catalogues including, pricing, services and terms in ERP.
  • Acting as referent for users and providing guidance on the P2P to ensure Procurement process are followed.
  • Responding to vendors issues and queries, providing a high-level service to internal users as well as the suppliers.


  • Previous purchasing / procurement administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office package, and ERP systems.
  • Experience within a procurement or supply chain department.
  • Comfortable with use of big data.
  • Ability to plan and organise multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and compliance.
  • Service customer (internal) oriented.
