OUR CLIENT is an established real estate investment boutique. The company invest in multiple asset classes across major cities in Europe. They are now looking at other investment strategies and as a result of this they are creating a role for an Analyst. Joining their UK team the role will provide very good exposure to a pipeline of live investment transactions across Europe.

THE ROLE - Duties for the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing pre- and post-acquisitions inputs and assistance in underwriting transactions and due diligence processes.
  • Conducting market research, modelling and valuation of potential opportunities and assets.
  • Coordinating inspections with banks and external valuations.
  • Participating in elaborating and implementing work and leasing strategies.
  • Providing investors and banks reporting, analysing discrepancies between Business Plan, yearly budget, and actuals; cash expense tracker.
  • Assisting in asset managing existing portfolio of office and residential portfolios.



THE PERSON: MUST be a fluent / native French speaker with some experience of working in professional services, real estate, private equity mergers and acquisitions or an investment house. The successful candidate will have very strong financial analysis, research and modelling skills.
