YARDI Systems Operations Analyst - OUR CLIENT are a well-established and active international Investment and Asset Management group with decades of experience of investing capital. As a part of their transformation and efficiency drive, they are now looking to appoint a YARDI Operations Analyst to join their Real Estate Operations function based in London.

THE ROLE – The successful applicant will focus on an on-going strategy of broadening the use of YARDI, striving for platform excellence and developing knowledge and skills of business users to make best use of the available technology. You will be charged with undertaking the following tasks – amongst others:

• Triaging queries from internal and external users and prioritising appropriately, categorising them per internal guidelines or assisting in resolution on a real time basis, depending on urgency and scale of issue.

• Supporting the YARDI Operations Lead in requests from business users and identifying needs for training, or process changes as necessary.
• Agreeing the scope for internal sign off and delivering small change YARDI projects in accordance with business requirements.

• Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs for all new and existing internal users.

• Working with the wider Operations Team to ensure that system user manuals are appropriately updated and are subject to ongoing review.

• Gathering business requirements and providing support on a wide range of YARDI focused projects.

• Assisting with ongoing management and governance of YARDI data.

• Liaising as needed with production support and the YARDI helpdesk to ensure that the business is supported in efficient resolution of issues.

• Making recommendations for areas of process improvement and better adoption of technology.

• Implementing mechanisms to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes before and after change.

• Providing ad-hoc support to the YARDI Operations Lead as required.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this role, you will hold strong experience of working with YARDI VOYAGER and knowledge/understanding of core accounting processes and requirements and be able to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. Knowledge of YARDI Investment Management module would be beneficial and ideally you should have experience of working with Real Estate Investment Management. You should be able to demonstrate strong business analysis skills and experience with process documentation as well as experience of system support and requirements analysis. Other experience and qualifications such as Business Analysis qualifications (IIBA) and experience of Data Migration and onboarding activities would be beneficial.
