Trevor Wood Associates has reported empty space on Britain’s retail parks climbed the fastest last year since 2008.

 

Vacancies leapt to 9.9% at the end of 2012, from 9.1% in the previous six months. The deterioration follows the collapse of big retail names, such as JJB Sports, Peacocks and Comet.
