The
City of London is attempting to reinvent itself as a start-up hub to encourage
more small businesses to “re-enter the city centre”.
The Corporation has drawn up plans to create start-up hubs and
more affordable workplaces, with a target that a fifth of office tenants be new
to the Square Mile by 2025.
The report, which lays
out a “vision for London in 2025”, will be published this week with consultants
Oliver Wyman and Arup.
